Presenters:
Donna Horn is a lifelong learner who began developing her leadership skills as a patrol leader in her Brownie troop. She has an EdD in leadership, with an emphasis in nonprofit leadership. Donna is the Manager of Organizational Development in Facilities at Seattle University. A volunteer Girl Scout trainer/facilitator since college, she helped organize and presented at GSUSA Learning and Development Conferences, served on virtual teams to organize open space and world cafes at national conventions and developed a course on virtual project leadership. Donna has served as council staff in membership and property management and recently rejoined AGSES.

Jan Oestreich is a National Volunteer Partner for GSUSA. She has provided service to councils and GSUSA through a variety of workshops, task forces, and with Girl Scout University. Recently, her focus has been on learning and organizational development, purposeful leadership, working with graphics, mindmapping, and leading virtual teams. Jan is the Assistant Director of Strategic Research with the Arizona Board of Regents, the governing body for the public universities in the state. Jan has a Masters in Higher-Postsecondary Education Leadership from Arizona State University.
