How do we work together in negotiations to merge our beliefs from divisiveness to a forged meaning of inclusion?

This workshop will utilize the Principles of the Harvard University "Getting to Yes" project. It will be interactive. You will be invited to bring your best manners and thoughts. If possible, invite at least one other member of your council to join us so that you will have a partner to continue this work locally.

We will talk about helping to heal the communities we serve in a time when diverse thought has devolved into divisiveness. It will focus on the pillars of Girl Scouting as a foundation of our organizational objects. We hope to have you learn a lot about solving problems by sitting on the same side of the table to forge understanding and agreement.
