Customer Care Manager: The Customer Care Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Customer Care team as they work to provide our customers with an exceptional experience. Oversees the coordination of customer care processes and that customer concerns are addressed in accordance with the council's customer care strategies and objectives.
Customer Care Coordinator: Expert in set-up and management of customer care processes in Salesforce (creating solutions). In conjunction with the Customer Care Manager, trains staff to use Salesforce for the management of customer care.
Retail Coordinator: The Retail Coordinator serves as a vital member of the Customer Care team by providing retail assistance and excellent customer care to all retail shop patrons. This position is responsible for coordinating retail activity, monitoring inventory, implementing retail marketing plans, developing merchandising techniques and achieving sales objectives for the retail shops, traveling shops, and trading posts.
Recruitment Manager: The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading and guiding the recruitment (inside and outside) team and for overall new membership growth. In collaboration with the Marketing/Brand Manager, she/he will develop and assess comprehensive year-round plans for the recruitment and placement of new members.
Volunteer Engagement Manager: The Volunteer Engagement Manager is responsible for providing leadership and management to the Volunteer Engagement Department as they work to retain adult volunteers and girl members of the council. She/he is responsible for providing leadership in the development of innovative member strategies and effective service for supporting girl and adult membership. This role is accountable for overall member satisfaction, as well as training opportunities, adult recognition, implementation of the Volunteer Toolkit, and expertise in the Girl Scout Leadership Experience.
Volunteer Engagement Specialist: The Volunteer Engagement Specialist works to ensure a quality Girl Scout experience for members in an assigned area. This position is responsible for ensuring that the council's girl and adult retention strategies are developed and implemented and that the council's retention goals are met. She/he serves as the primary support for troop and service unit volunteers within assigned geographic locations.
Chief Member Services Officer: This position's primary responsibility is to support member satisfaction and retention, and to manage delivery of the Girl Scout program for the Council throughout the council jurisdiction, through the supervision of program, product program, troop/volunteer support, retail and customer care staff and volunteers to meet Council goals and objectives. The position will ensure that all materials, publications and presentations will provide a consistent image of the Council's commitment to Girl Scouts and the community at large.
Project Manager: The Project Manager is responsible for administration of the Council's Volunteer Systems (Salesforce) database and the Council's business processes through Salesforce. She/he is also responsible for evaluation methods with particular emphasis on measuring and assessing the outcomes of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience within the Council's jurisdiction.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO): The CEO is accountable for providing leadership, strategic direction and vision for the development and achievement of the organization's mission in partnership with the council's Board of Directors. The CEO works closely with the Board of Directors to determine the council business and fund development strategies. The CEO advises, recommends and assists the council Board of Directors in the formulation of policies governing the council and implements policies and directive of the board.
Information Technology Manager/Network Administratory: The Information Technology Manager/Network Administrator serves as the administrator for all council technology and computer systems including all council computers, copiers, telephones, alarm system, audio visual equipment and mail equipment.
Girl Experience Manager: The Girl Experience Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Girl Experience team as they work to develop amazing opportunities for girls in a variety of settings. This position oversees the planning, managing and execution of outreach, community collaborations, council events, highest awards, outdoor program, resident camp, travel and product program.
Girl Experience Specialist: The Girl Experience Specialist develops and implements high-quality Girl Scout Leadership Programs, product programs and experiences for an assigned geographic area, in a variety of settings. These program experiences for girls include outreach, community collaborations, council events, highest awards, domestic and international travel, fall product sale and the Girl Scout Cookie Program.
Outdoor Program Specialist: The Outdoor Program Specialist is responsible for managing the development of an integrated program delivery plan focusing on outdoor program experiences, day camp, resident camp and troop camp experiences. Oversees all associated program components to include program costs, quality specifications, staff and volunteer delivery, and risk management. She/he supervises staff responsible for resident camp program development and implementation as well as PT Program Facilitators.
Resource Development Manager: The Resource Development Manager is accountable to implement resource development activities in order to build financial and community support within the Girl Scout council's region. The Manager will cultivate and maintain relationships with United Ways, grant funders, community partners, and alumnae that will increase visibility and funding to further the council's goals.
Chief Development Officer: The Chief Development Officer organizes, directs and coordinates the development operating unit to secure funding and resources necessary to support council needs and initiatives. She/he is responsible, along with the Chief Marketing/Communications Officer, for continually presenting a positive council image to all the communities in the council jurisdiction.
Property Manager: The Property Manager is accountable for providing ongoing and preventative maintenance for the council's buildings, grounds, camps and equipment. The incumbent develops and administers the budget for camp maintenance and operation. The incumbent provides facility and support services during the camping season; ensures the safety and security of the site and its visitors; and oversees contracted construction and improvement projects.
Ranger/Maintenance: The Ranger is responsible for ensuring the usability of a particular council property by performing maintenance and ensuring safety regulations are met.
Chief Marketing/Communications Officer: The Chief Marketing/Communications Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining an awareness and image among all constituents of the Girl Scout movement and purpose within the council's jurisdiction.
