Emerging Manager Series
Part 1: Monday March 2 @ 3 - 4 PM EST 

Part 1 of the Emerging Manager Series introduces new and aspiring managers to the essential mindset shift from individual contributor to leader. This interactive workshop explores the fundamental differences between leadership and management, helping participants understand when — and why — each approach matters.

Participants will examine how effective leaders set clear expectations, motivate their teams, and create environments where people feel empowered to do their best work.

The session also takes a deep dive into delegation — one of the most challenging skills for emerging managers. Participants will learn how to identify what to delegate, overcome common barriers, and use delegation as a tool for both productivity and employee development.

This event is open to all Girl Scout Staff, whether or not they are members of Girl Scout Staff Association. Only $10 for non members.
