The vote to approve the 2026 Bylaws Revision is scheduled from October 14 – November 3, 2026, during which the proposed document and summary of changes will be published to the membership for review. Voting will be open to all currently registered GSSA members. This represents a full revision to our current bylaws with the purpose to strengthen our governance, clarify procedures, and align our practices with current standards as outlined in Robert’s Rules of Order, Newly revised, 12th Edition . On October 6, 2026, GSSA held a Town Hall session to provide members with an opportunity to learn more about the 2026 Bylaws revision. The session included an open Q&A moderated by Esther Heller, Professional Registered Parliamentarian, who led us through this comprehensive revision process. Your voice matters! Your participation ensures that our bylaws reflect the needs and priorities of our Association members. Please take time to review the proposed bylaws and the changes and cast your vote during the October 14 – November 3 election window.
