Membership Change

The GSSA board has approved a significant change from a rolling membership year to an annual renewal membership system. The new membership year will run from October 1 to September 30 each year.

Why the Change?

By aligning everyone's renewal time, we can collectively partake in a year filled with enriching professional development opportunities such as like-job group discussions and networking events.

What Does This Mean for You?

We kindly request your prompt action to renew your membership now and remain an integral part of the GSSA family. The good news is, we've made the renewal process simple. Renew now (before November 30, 2025) and your renewal fee will be automatically determined based on your last renewal date. Your next new renewal date will then be set to October 1, 2026, ensuring a seamless membership experience.

For Example:

If you have not renewed yet and your membership expires between August 1, 2025 and November 30, 2025, your dues will be $50.

If your membership expires between December 1, 2025 and January 31, 2026, your dues will be $40.

If your membership expires between February 1, 2026 and March 31, 2026, your dues will be $30.

If your membership expires between April 1, 2026 and May 31, 2026, your dues will be $20.

If your membership expires between June 1, 2026 and July 31, 2026, your dues will be $10.

These prorated fees are applicable for this year's renewal only. In 2026, all annual members will renew simultaneously. Hooray! 

How do I renew? Go to www.girlscoutstaff.org and log in. 

Click on Membership Info (renew) on My Profile on the right hand side.

Click on ‘Securely renew your membership now’.

Complete requested fields. (No Promo code is required.)

Note that your pro-rated dues amount will automatically be applied and you will see this at the bottom of the registration form as ‘amount due’.

Click ‘Submit Securely’.

Lifetime members do not need to do anything (but we always appreciate it when you review and update

your profile information!)

Five-year members: Your membership will expire on September 30 of your fifth year. We will send you a

reminder email when it is time to renew.
