Join us on Wednesday, January 18 for an exciting session with Kate Godby to learn about Living Intentionally. She will share how she sets her Intentions and uses the 7 Laws of Attraction in her life. Her dream is “to love fully, be loved fully, live centered in God, be healthy, share life with God centered healthy people, and live in full abundance and give abundantly.” You will have the opportunity to create your own Dream Statement and set Intentions for your life.

Kate Godby is a proud Girl Scout Alumna, daughter and sibling of life long scouters, a First-Class Girl Scout, mother of a Gold Award daughter, past leader of many girls and member of the Juliette Low Society. Kate’s father took scouts camping into his 80’s and her mother was a cub scout leader. Her parents taught her to be of service and be a servant leader.

Her career spans over 34 years with Hewlett Packard Enterprises. Today she leads large teams to create custom IT solutions for global fortune 500 companies. Kate works predominantly with men and notes that there is still a wide gender gap in the IT industry, with only 10% of her co-workers being women.

Kate is also the founder of the “She Believes She Can, so she Does Scholarship,” a Professional Project Manager, yoga instructor, VISION BOARD facilitator, small business owner, wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, and mostly a Girl Scout at heart.

Friendship Knot Mingles are offered free of charge to members and non-members.

The national Girl Scout Staff Association (formerly AGSES) gives our members skills, tools, and connections to achieve their current goals and further their professional growth and advancement. We support ongoing professional development and career direction through learning opportunities, mentoring, and networking. The Girl Scout Staff Association serves as a valuable partner to councils by enhancing their efforts in staff inclusion, development, and retention.
