This month’s discussion will focus on the DOL’s Final Rule to Update the Regulations Defining and Delimiting the Exemption for Executive, Administrative, and Professional Employees.

We will discuss what the final rules mean to us, followed by a sharing of information between participants on what they are looking at doing with their staff, time for asking questions of others, and we will share some resources to use in helping us make decisions and how to share the news with our employees.

All interested people are invited to attend, regardless of job title or responsibilities.
