S’more Solutions is a new type of opportunity through GSSA for Girl Scout Staff to discuss and address a common challenge. Through S’more Solutions, you’ll work with the group to brainstorm ways to address the challenge AND have a follow up conversation to see how the ideas worked. 

This session will explore the challenges councils are facing with their Product Programs. While every council has unique needs, many of us face similar challenges. Together, we’ll discuss ways to engage more troops and Girl Scouts, increase participation, make programs more accessible, and find creative solutions to common challenges faced by councils and volunteers.

The facilitator for this S'more Solutions is Janelle Campbell, Product Program Manager at Girl Scouts of the Colonial Coast. Janelle has been with the council for seven years, all within the Product Program team. She's passionate about making Product Programs accessible to all Girl Scouts and loves seeing girls build confidence and develop new skills through their participation. She's excited to share ideas, learn from other councils, and explore creative ways to grow our programs together!
