2026 Bylaws Ratification Announcement

ANNOUNCEMENT:

GSSA Bylaws Revision Adopted by the Membership

On November 3, 2026, the eligible membership of the Girl Scout Staff Association, including annual members, 5-year members in good standing, and Lifetime Members, voted to approve the 2026 revision of the Association's Bylaws. The motion passed unanimously, with one abstention.

On behalf of the Board of Directors and the 2025 Bylaws Revision Committee, we extend our gratitude to the membership of the Girl Scout Staff Association for their participation in this important vote and their commitment to the governance of the Association. We also extend our thanks and gratitude to the members of the 2026 Bylaws Revision Committee: Laura Hall, Karen Peterlin, Helen Wronski, and Mary Edna Wuertenberger. We are grateful for the leadership of Esther A. Heller, Professional Registered Parliamentarian, who guided us through the entire process.
